DesignForm Warranty
Door Sections
MyGarageStuff warrants the garage door panel sections against defects in material and
workmanship and deterioration due to rust as follows: For
residential or commercial installations, a period of one (1) year.
Window components are warranted against defects in material and
workmanship for one (1) year, from date of delivery to the original
purchaser.
Hardware and Springs
MyGarageStuff warrants all hardware and spring components against defects
in material and workmanship, as follows: For residential or
commercial installations, a period of one (1) year from date of
delivery to the original purchaser.
Under the terms of this limited warranty, for any garage door panel components that are found to be defective upon inspection by authorized MyGarageStuff personnel, MyGarageStuff will, at its option, repair or replace the defective door components. Labor charges for installations or repairs shall be the responsibility of the consumer and must be performed by an authorized MyGarageStuff Dealer. This warranty applies only to doors that are professionally installed by an authorized MyGarageStuff Dealer.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser, provided the garage door panel is installed in his/her place of residence. This warranty is not transferable. The warranty applies to residential property only and is not valid on commercial applications.
This warranty does not apply to automated parking control systems for multi-tenant parking applications.
This warranty does not apply to any damage or deterioration caused by abuse, applied paint failure or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. Refer to the Care & Maintenance Instructions and Painting Instructions provided to you at the time of installation.
MyGarageStuff shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
Under no circumstances shall Seller be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages arising in connection with the use, or inability to use, this product. In no event shall seller's liability for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict liability exceed the cost of the product covered hereby. No person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of this product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Claims for defects in material and workmanship covered by this warranty shall be made in writing with proof of purchase to the dealer from whom the product was purchased or call MyGarageStuff within the warranty period. MyGarageStuff may choose to have the product returned for inspection.
This limited warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, and of any other obligations or liability on Seller's part. This limited warranty does not cover non-defect damage, damage caused by improper installation, operation or care (including, but not limited to abuse, misuse, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or any alterations to this product), labor charges for dismantling or reinstalling a repaired or replaced product.
